The festive season is here! And it looks brighter than ever.
The Marpole Business Association is pleased to celebrate the holidays with the 17th annual Christmas in Marpole Village. This event is a month-long celebration of the holiday season in Marpole, one which involves the entire community. We hope these events will encourage everyone to get into the holiday spirit and bring joy to you and your customers.
From grassroots charitable campaigns to lighted trees and displays, carol singers and a certain bearded man in a red suit, Marpole is dressed up to celebrate the holidays and help our neighbours in need.

Marpole Cares Charity Campaign
The Marpole BIA is pleased to be partnering again with Marpole Oakridge Family Place, local religious institutions, businesses and many community partners to help local needy families and children this holiday season.
Marpole Cares is a grassroots charitable campaign, raising funds in support of local families and vulnerable seniors. This year marks the 12th anniversary of Marpole Cares. Last year, we provided hampers of food and gift cards for more than 140 local residents in greatest need of support.
If you can help with a donation, please contact Tracy Beshara at Marpole Family Place at 604-263-1405. Thank you for your generous support.
Holiday Caroling & Music
The Marpole BIA is pleased to bring holiday entertainers to provide free, festive music along Granville Street and in your stores this holiday season.
The Fandango Quartet returns to provide its wonderful and melodic holiday caroling along Granville St. on the Saturdays in December (3, 10, 17th). Thank you for making all of our entertainers feel warm and welcome when they pop into your business.
Santa Stroll
Santa Claus will make a special appearance in Marpole on Saturday, December 17th. Between 12 noon and 3 PM, Santa will stroll Granville Street, stopping in shops and handing out candy canes. He may also take gift requests, but only if you’ve been nice!
