The South Vancouver Seniors Network, a collaboration of service organizations working together for seniors, will host webinars to enable seniors and caregivers to connect and find information to help with the COVID-19 situation.
The first webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 7th, from 10:30am to 11:30am. The webinars will be conducted on Zoom, a video-conferencing platform. The panelists leading the discussion will be visible on screen but, participants will not be. Registered participants can submit questions before or during the webinar. Instructions on how to do so will be available after registration. Participants may also phone in to the webinar.

The goal of the South Vancouver Seniors Network, which is co-chaired by Michael Lee, MLA for Vancouver-Langara and Andrea Krombein, Seniors Outreach Coordinator, Marpole Oakridge Family Place, is to strengthen communication, collaborations and initiatives that support seniors’ issues andservices by bringing together community leaders, organizations, staff, volunteers, caregivers, and seniors in the South Vancouver area.
During this COVID-19 outbreak, the South Vancouver Seniors Network will continue to compile important information to ensure that seniors stay informed about the situation and available resources.
